Hello! My name is Noelle and I am an employee at Xenium Development. I've been working here since December 2023 and I am a recent graduate from California State University, Long Beach. The job market for '24 graduates has become more difficult than ever. My peers are struggling to find jobs including interviews due to the condition of the current job market. Most require 1-3 years of experience which I did not have so I searched far and high during my senior year to set myself up for post grad life. At Xenium, they saw my potential regardless of experience and has given me the opportunity I needed to join the workforce.
My skill sets have expanded more than I could ask for due to its continuous learning opportunities and drive to succeed. Jen K, the face of Xenium Development, has played a huge part in the success of my transition. The company culture here has given me a chance to showcase but also build my skills and has shown me that hard work will always pay off. It has relieved my worries about post grad life and I am now a much better worker, student, and leader due to my opportunity here!
