Hi, I’m Jen K Nguyen, Director of Operations at Xenium Development.
My journey in the marketing industry began after I graduated college. I remember applying for positions and everywhere was asking for 5-10 years of experience… which I obviously didn’t have. I stumbled upon the management training program and intended to join for the experience to build my resume. 1.5 years later, I’ve graduated the training program and now am managing an entire client portfolio. I thought that this program would just help me gain marketing skills, but I’ve learned so much more— how to manage, train, and skills needed to run a business. The most rewarding part of the business is helping others achieve their goals.
